Return Policy

All items are returnable, with a few sensible stipulations. We ask that you let us know within ten days of receiving an item if you plan to return it, and that you ship it back within another five days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. If the item is sealed, the seal must be intact for us to be able to accept a return. We do not accept returns of used goods. If the return was due to a mistake on our part, your shipping charges will be refunded. If the return was at your pleasure, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund. We will exchange any product found to be defective in the first 30 days, but if the problem is no fault of ours, we will not reimburse shipping costs incurred returning the item. After the first 30 days, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee.

Original packaging MUST be included with all returns and exchanges, even if it is a defective item!

Special Orders are non-returnable!

If an item is initially defective, we will exchange the item for a new one upon receipt of the defective unit back in our store. If a credit is requested for a defective item instead of an exchange, we will not refund any shipping charges. We may ask that you go directly to the manufacturer for warranty service, depending on the manufacturer, and time lapsed since the purchase . Contact us about the different manufacturers' rules. We are authorized dealers for all of the products we sell and every item carries the full manufacturer's warranty. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
