Crown Tools Bench Hooks
The bench hook was once a standard fixture of every joiner and cabinetmaker's bench. A bench hook is just a wooden jig used to hold boards for easy sawing, but it makes sawing a lot easier in a traditional shop. The bench hook is simply held while the worker holds the workpiece in one hand and the saw in the other. This is a simple jig that is not made to any precision, but makes sawing on the bench top much easier.
