Ashley Iles Butt Chisels
Butt chisels are short chisels that acquired their name from their frequent use by carpenters in the fitting of butt hinges. Ashley Iles re-introduced butt chisels to the market to satisfy a demand by modern users to have a chisel similar to the old Stanley "Everlast" butt chisels, which have taken on an almost legendary reputation with tool aficionados.
