This is another great book from The Chipstone Foundation, published in parternship with the University Press of New England. Besides being a trove of information, this book has been produced in the highest quality. To print a book like this in the US today is a very expensive proposition. I applaude the publishers for not being tempted to go offshore. Mr. Hume covers a broad range of topics related to English earthenware, and reveals a myriad of insights and facts that I have not seen presented in other sources. A must for the serious collector.
