The 1772 Philadelphia Furniture Price Book

The original copy of this book was recently discovered and caused quite a stir in the antique furniture world. Intended to be "top secret", the original copies of this book were closely guarded by craftsmen and only a small number were originally printed. This fascimile is of the only known original copy. This is one of those things that would mean nothing to most people but is amazing to those of us who care about this sort of thing. A must own for the serious furniture scholar. This book is also quite useful to today's craftsmen just to see the relative amount of effort that various furniture forms and featured required working only with hand tools.
